What do product availability mean?
Product availability is displayed on the product page.
The product can be:
Immediately available / Available : Available for online purchase. The exact date is listed on the product page.
- Last pieces : It is available for purchase online, but has limited availability and will be given priority in case of stock depletion.
- Temporarily Out of stock : Not available for order at this time. It is expected and will be available soon.

How can I place my order?
At Royalcollector.shop you can order the products you want in 2 simple ways!
- Through the site: you find the product you want and click on the "Basket" option and follow the steps to complete your order.
- By chat: send us a message with your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your order.
What are the pick-up options?
By registering your purchase electronically you can choose:
- Delivery to an address throughout Cyprus. All deliveries are made with the courier company Primwell Courier.
- Delivery to one of the 40+ ACS Pick Up Points in every corner of Cyprus.
What is the shipping cost?
- From any ACS Pick up point: 3.50 euros
- Primwell home delivery. Zone 1: 4.00 euros, Zone 2: 10.00 euros
- For orders 50 euros or more. FREE Delivery of your choice.
What payment options do I have?
At Royalcollector.shop you can pay in the following ways:

- Pay for your order upon delivery to your place with cash on delivery!
- Credit Card All American Express, Master Card, Visa and credit cards are accepted at Royalcollector.shop . Credit card information is protected by an online security system (TLS-128 bit) which guarantees a completely secure trading environment.

How do I return products?
In case you want to return the product you bought, you have the opportunity to do it in 2 ways within 14 calendar days from the day you received it! (Prerequisite that the product is in its sealed commercial package and accompanied by proof of purchase)
- Delivering it / s in its original condition and packaging through any ACS store, presenting the proof of purchase!.
